A security deposit of £250 is payable in advance and will be returned once we have been informed that there has been no damage to the property or items within it.

 

Linen and towels are provided. All duvets and pillow are non-allergenic.  

 

Cleaning: The house will have been cleaned before your arrival and will be cleaned after you leave.

 

Instructions manual: We will leave a book at the property with instruction booklets for all appliances and electrical goods, the under floor heating, electric shutters etc.
